‘I spent my childhood in Compal’s nursery, where every spring, we would play in the garden with a smell of fruit in Almeirim. I have worked at Compal since I can remember, but the truth is that I already knew it before I was born through my mother's eyes, who had been working here since the 60s. Thirty years have passed; two family generations, and very good memories of when it all began. In between, I went to Angola to share my experience so we could also do our magic over there.’

I have worked in Almeirim, Angola, and Mozambique, where we have our factories, and where I was able to share my experience and also learn a lot. We are very creative in overcoming challenges abroad with the same humility that defines us.’
