The COMPAL FRUITOLOGY CENTRE is a unique project in Portugal, which aims to stimulate innovation in the fruit sector along the value chain with the aim of enhancing the national fruit in terms of production, processing and consumption, through research initiatives, training and/or awareness.
With a collaborative and multidisciplinary spirit, the Centre brings together entities and organizations in the public and private, governmental, business and associative sectors, which help to strengthen all the content generated and shared between trainers and fruit growers.
